ASAP deals with the 'day-to-day' of business

There are times when entrpreneurs need to focus on their own abilities. At such times, Accounting, Staffing and Processing, LLC provides turnkey business administration services to keep businesses running.

"We manage the day-to-day necessities of business," explains Jimmy Rodefer, President.

Founded in 2005, ASAP provides total and partial accounting solutions, temporary and permanent placement services, small business accounting, part-time CFO (chief financial officer) services, data processing, emergency response accounting services, temporary staffing services, permanent placement staffing services and human resources consulting.

Rodefer notes that providing administrative support to major disaster recovery programs was a major component in the formation of ASAP.

For example, after Hurricane Katrina in 2005, the company assisted with the financial administration of a large federal cleanup. This project involved the immediate deployment of approximately 15 Rodefer Moss employees, the hiring of 30 additional temporary employees and the establishment of fully functioning temporary offices in New Orleans, and eventually a permanent office in Knoxville.

"ASAP was born as we realized that the expertise we had assembled could be applied to benefit small businesses in any circumstance and situation," Rodefer says. "A successful business has a financial staff that understands that business, provides current and meaningful financial reports, and can communicate their effect on the company."
