ASAP was created by Rodefer Moss & Co, PLLC, one of Tennessee’s largest accounting firms, to put large-company resources in the hands of small businesses.

The accounting and financial services staff at ASAP is composed of a cadre of professionals recruited to handle the high-pressure accounting tasks associated with the clean-up in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Born from the realization that the assembled expertise could be applied to benefit small businesses in any circumstance and situation, ASAP is a new and different organization in that it offers a lineup of benefits and services to small businesses that before now were probably out of reach.

Many small businesses have basic bookkeeping capabilities, limited human resource capacity and little way of finding the financial expertise to help them succeed.

ASAP changes the equation by providing large-firm accounting and tax specialization, personnel and human resources support and financial staffing placement to benefit profitability and productivity.
